Not all Arabs are wrapped up like wantons..
It depends on your nationality and religion. Cause Saudi, is ruled by an Islamic government thus the dress codes implemented.
But other countries like Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt etc, they are more westernized and it might be a shock to you that they sometimes dress even more sexier than Singaporeans. [...]
